Front of the Engine
11/27/09:
Cleaned all of the parts I bought this week for the front of the engine, and then test fit them.

The block nipple behind the water pump of the Teksid block does not fit the water pipe. I need to figure out if I need to replace the nipple with one from an 03 Cobra block or if a water pipe from a 96-98 Cobra will work. I also need to know what the pipe bolts to at the back of the engine.
I have no idea how these PCV hoses go together or how the PCV system works:

Received the 03 Cobra oil cooler to block adapter, 03 Cobra oil cooler and bolts that I ordered from the local Ford dealer to day. I bought the adapter and oil cooler new so I would not have to worry about my oil system getting contaminated with metal shavings from another engine. FYI, the oil cooler to block adapter is part number F8ZZ-6881-AA. The gasket is F6AZ-6840-aa and the four bolts come as a package, part number N806156-S437.
Here is the oil cooler to block adapter test fit to the block:
FYI, the threaded hollow Allen shaft that holds the oil cooler to the adapter comes with the oil cooler, so you do not need to buy that if you buy a new oil cooler. The 03 Cobra oil cooler is part number 2R3Z-6A642-AA.

Received the supercharger drive pulley and cage, along with the harmonic balancer, so I test fit the pulley:

Cleaned up the 96 Cobra water pipe and hoses, and test installed them on the block:
