This is the parts list with as much information as I have for the Teksid Terminator engine I am building for my 96 Cobra.

Acquired:

-Teksid block from a 94 Lincoln Mark 8 (will need to be bored 0.020" over)
-Stock forged crank from a 96 Mustang Cobra (used)
-CP 0.020" over, 17cc dish forged pistons for about 8.6:1 compression ratio.  Includes rings, wrist pins ad spiral locks. CP S9819
-Manley H-beam forged connecting rods.  (Manley H-Beams: MAN-14042-8R (R=ARP2000), 22mm pins, (Rod Bolts: ARP: ARP 2000 rod bolts, comes with the rods)
-Melling billet high volume oil pump 10227
-Crank timing gear: Ford XL3Z-6306-BA (needed for the Accufab trigger wheel compatibility.)
-Stock 03 Cobra oil pickup: Ford F6ZZ-6622-CE
-ARP main studs. ARP 256-5701 (for use w/ windage tray)
-ARP head studs. ARP 256-4201
-Felpro 03 Cobra engine rebuild gasket sets: FEL HS26187PT and FEL CS9790-4

-New 03 Cobra heads (9 thread, made in 06) with timing chains and tensioners.  Bought from a local guy from his new crate motor.
-New 03 Cobra lower intake manifold with upper heat exchanger, bought from the same guy.
-Low profile right angle PCV fitting for the bottom of the lower intake: AEP 731660 (bought from A&M Motor Supply, Los Gatos, CA)
-Used 96 Cobra valve covers (I want a somewhat stock 96 Cobra look)
-96-98 Valve cover gaskets and grommet spacers. (bought from MMR. Not needed if you are running 03 Cobra valve covers)
-Used 96 Cobra fuel rail
-Stock 96 Cobra coil packs: Ford FMCF5LY12029A (not needed if running 03 Cobra COP)
-ARP cam gear bolts: ARP-256-1001
-LDC 03 Cobra head cooling mod fittings
-Stage 8 locking header fasteners: STG-8906

-New 03 Cobra intercooler pump (bought from a private party): Ford 2R3Z-8501-??

-03/04 Cobra upper pulley assembly, has idlers and tensioner that guide/route the 8-rib supercharger belt
-03/04 coolant crossover tubes (you will need to add 1 extra water temp bung for your 96-98 computer, and another bung if you want to add a water temp gauge).

-03/04 Cobra timing cover. If using a Teksid aluminum block, one bolt hole does not line up and all you do is leave out the bolt and RTV in that area.

-03/04 Oil cooler 2R3Z-6A642-AA (it will mate to your existing oil cooler flange). The 03 Cooler routes the coolant line down & under the alternator, absolutely required for this swap.  Get a new oil cooler (about $220 thru Ford). Used ones are full of metal shavings from what ever motor it came off of and they are impossible to clean out.  The Oil Cooler separates from the adapter that bolts to the block. My 97 adapter looked identical to the 03 adapter (so all you should need is an 03 Oil Cooler).  a new 03 Cobra adapter F8ZZ-6881-AA.  The gasket is F6AZ-6840-aa and the four bolts come as a package, part number N806156-S437.

-SCE ICS Titan copper gaskets (thickness depending on any block/head planing)

-Stainless Exhaust Valves: Ferrea Competition Plus # F1451P (works with stock keepers)

-Stock 03 Cobra valve stem seals
-Throttlebody
-KB 2.6H blower kit

-03/04 Cobra harmonic balancer (has threads to accept the 8-rib 03 Cobra supercharger drive pulley) -03/04 Cobra 8-rib supercharger drive pulley & mount support & bolts.

-03/04 Cobra Alternator (has 8-rib pully), 2 mounting supports & bolts. You also need the 03/04 alternator 3 wire electrical connector (just splice it into your harness). Also the grey electrical connector on the 03 Alternator, the 96-98 Alt connector will not fit and you need to change to the 03 type.
-03/04 Cobra 8 rib supercharger belt (or aftermarket belt sized to work with your combo if you have elected to change your S/C pulley to a smaller size like 3.1, 2.8, or 2.7)

-03/04 coolant lines and thermostat housing assembly.
-You can reuse your A/C compressor, P/S pump, and water pump as these 6-rib units will work with the 03 timing cover system. You will have to bend and tweak your P/S lines to get it to work.

-KB Boost-a-Spark
-AFCO pro lower heat exchanger.
